I’ve decided to challenge myself to be consistent for 30 days. There are many things that I commit to forming a habit. Did you know that there is research proving that it takes 66 days to form a habit? It takes 66 days to make something become a part of your regular routine that you don’t need to think about, you just do it.
- Washing my face before bed
The list was more like what I want to be doing every single day. From the top to the bottom those things occur less frequency. I rarely floss. Every time I go to the dentist I’m reminded of flossing, Strongly. Mind you, I’ve only had one cavity in my life. (Knock on wood)
I’m going to write a blog post every day for the next 30 days. I imagine it will be rough. At times short and sweet. Maybe I’ll get some pictures in, not tonight because I finally decided to make this commitment at 11:57. I mean, I had to paint my nails first so that they could dry before bed. Last time I finished them about three hours before bed and I still woke up with bed sheet crinkles on every single nail…that why I love gel manicures. Plus mine usually lasts for about 20 days. Can not beat that!
So thank you for tuning in! I can’t wait to see what challenging myself brings out for the next month.
Thank you for sharing with me.
Love you, Beautiful People.
