I’m having so much fun sharing my learning of essential oils! As I’ve told you previously, I purchased an essential oils program through Dr. Axe. (If you sign up for one of his webinars you get a discounted rate for his programs.)
It’s a fully electronic course that you can follow along with or at your own pace. I’m an at your own pace kind of lady. I am not going to give away my recipes…because, like how I cook, I don’t actually follow a recipe. I make things up as I go. It’s all very organic. And couldn’t possibly be duplicated.
I’ve got some awesome materials. Everything is all-natural, high-quality products. I mean, baking soda and Epsom salts are two of the major ingredients in this project. I am making a shampoo from a Dr. Axe recipe for a few select individuals. I can’t wait to share these wonderful creations.
I know people that might have tried dabbling in essential oil use. That was definitely me a few months ago. But I decided to stop dabbling and start really delving into making products for around the house use. Some oils are consumed in my water (grapefruit/Slim & Sassy) or
my meal shake (cinnamon) on a daily basis. Since the webinar, I have been utilizing my oils for more diverse purposes. One of my favorites came in my last order shipment. It’s called Holiday Joy. In a spray bottle with water, I spray this wonderful Christmas-y scent throughout the house. It’s like gingerbread cookies, a holiday feast, and hugging cold family members as they walk in the front door with arms full of presents all in one deep breath! Magical!
I’ll keep you updated as I learn more and share more of my highly skilled crafting.
Thank you for sharing your time with me.
Love you, Beautiful People!
